Privacy policy
Last updated September 10, 2026
This policy explains what Archer Automated Solutions (“Archer Automation,” “I,” “me”) collects when you use archerautomation.ai, why, and what you can do about it. I am a sole proprietorship based in Granby, Massachusetts. Short version: I collect what you type into the contact form and the ordinary server logs any website generates, I use them to reply to you and keep the site running, and I do not sell any of it.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you use the contact form you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, what you are interested in, and a message. If you book a call through the booking link, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, and the time you chose, under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested, and when. Those logs exist for security and to keep the site working. This site does not use advertising trackers, and as of the date above it does not run analytics. If that changes, this policy will say so.
Stored on your device. The site remembers your light-or-dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. That value never leaves your device and is not a tracking cookie.
If you become a client. Doing the work may require access to your business information, documents, or systems. That access is governed by the agreement we sign for the engagement, which will always take precedence over this policy for that data.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your message and, if you want, set up a call.
- To provide services you have asked for and to send invoices and project communications.
- To keep the site secure, diagnose problems, and understand how it is used in aggregate.
- To comply with the law and to establish or defend legal claims if it ever comes to that.
I do not use your information for advertising, and I do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who sees it
I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. I share it only with the service providers needed to run the site and the business, and only for that purpose: the hosting provider that serves this site, the email provider I use to reply to you, the scheduling provider if you book a call, and the spreadsheet or form service where contact submissions are stored. Each of those handles data under its own terms. I may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of my business or others.
How long I keep it
Contact submissions are kept for as long as it takes to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period so I can pick the conversation back up if you return. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period Massachusetts and federal tax and business-record rules require. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window set by the hosting provider. If you would like something deleted sooner, ask.
How I protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted. Stored information sits in password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication turned on. I follow the Massachusetts data-security regulation (201 CMR 17.00) for any personal information of Massachusetts residents in my care. No system is perfectly secure, and I will tell you promptly if a breach affecting your information ever occurs, as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@archerautomation.ai.
- You can decline to provide any information. The contact form is optional; you can always just email.
- You can clear your theme preference by clearing your browser’s site data.
- If you are a resident of a state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights to access, delete, or opt out of the sale of your data. I do not sell data, and I will honor valid requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including client work and third-party services. I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
